View of the Sandia Mountains Rio Rancho's real estate prices and sales continue to improve! My weekly MLS market statistics show that after hitting bottom in the Spring of 2009, recovery has been underway since June. Sales prices and number of units sold have improved while inventory (the supply of houses for sale) has steadily declined.

With home prices at historically affordable levels, mortgage rates at historically low levels, abundant inventory to choose from, and government incentives, this could be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to buy a home!
